1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Finigram ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Finigram is operated by Prospera. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. What Finigram Is

Finigram is an AI-powered digital product marketplace that allows creators to:

• Upload and sell digital products (eBooks, templates, courses, event tickets, etc.)
• Build digital products using AI (Fini Product Builder)
• Generate AI-powered sales funnels (Fini Sales Funnel)
• Get marketing advice from Fini AI
• Earn money by sharing your product's shareable link

3. Revenue Split & Payments

• All prices on Finigram are listed in USD
• Buyers may be charged in their local currency at the current exchange rate
• Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave
• Creator earnings are credited to their Finigram all time earnings after each sale
• Withdrawals are subject to Flutterwave's payout terms and verification
• Finigram is not responsible for payment processing failures caused by third-party providers

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Finigram, you agree to:

• Only upload products that you own or have the legal right to sell
• Not sell counterfeit, plagiarized or stolen content
• Not upload illegal, harmful, offensive or adult content
• Ensure your product descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• Set fair and reasonable prices for your products
• If selling event tickets, you are solely responsible for the event actually taking place as described — including its date, time, venue, and any changes, postponements, or cancellations. Finigram is only the ticketing and payment platform and is not the event organizer
• Ticket quantity limits you set are enforced automatically by Finigram — once the limit is reached, no further tickets can be purchased for that event
• Face the consequences of buyer complaints in good faith by having your product and Finigram account suspended and face a risk of permanent account suspension and product deletion

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by AI tools belongs to the creator who generated it
• Products created using Fini Product Builder may only be sold on Finigram and may not be listed, published, or sold on any other platform
• Creators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• Finigram does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• AI tools require tokens to use — tokens are purchased and non-refundable
• Finigram reserves the right to modify or discontinue AI features at any time

6. Tokens & Subscriptions

• Tokens are used to power AI features on Finigram
• Purchased tokens are non-refundable
• Premium subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
• Finigram reserves the right to change token prices
• Free trial tokens are provided at signup and cannot be transferred
• New accounts also receive a 30-day free trial period, separate from token balance, which unlocks access to certain platform features including Marketplace listing (see Section 7)

7. Finigram Marketplace

The Finigram Marketplace is a public page where buyers can browse, search and discover digital products from creators across the platform, organized by product type.

• Eligibility: Only creators with an active free trial or an active Premium subscription may list products on the Marketplace
• Automatic removal: If your free trial ends and you have not subscribed to Premium, any products you previously listed will be automatically delisted from the Marketplace. Your product page and shareable link continue to work as normal — only public Marketplace visibility is affected
• Re-listing: Subscribing to Premium (or starting a new eligible trial period) restores your ability to list products again; previously delisted products are not automatically re-listed and must be turned back on
• Builder products only: Only products created using Fini Product Builder are eligible for Marketplace listing. Uploaded products are not eligible for the Marketplace, though they remain fully purchasable through their direct shareable link
• Listing requirements: A product must have a name, description, price and cover image before it can be listed
• Not a guarantee of sales: Listing a product on the Marketplace does not guarantee visibility, ranking or sales. Finigram may change how listings are sorted, searched or displayed at any time
• Removal for policy violations: Finigram may remove any product from the Marketplace at its discretion, including for violations described in Section 9 (Misleading & Fraudulent Products), independently of subscription status
• All other terms in this document — including revenue split, refunds, and creator responsibilities — apply equally to products sold through the Marketplace and products sold through a direct shareable link

8. Prohibited Activities

• Selling illegal products or services
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering or scamming
• Harassing, abusing or harming other users
• Uploading malware, viruses or harmful software
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating reviews
• Violating any applicable local or international laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

9. Misleading & Fraudulent Products

Finigram takes product integrity seriously. Creators must ensure that every product listed on the platform is accurately represented.

• Accurate descriptions required: Product titles, descriptions, previews, and screenshots must truthfully reflect the actual content delivered to buyers.
• No false claims: Creators must not make exaggerated, unverifiable, or misleading claims about income potential, results, or product capabilities.
• Complaints threshold: If a product receives 2 verified buyer complaints for being misleading or not as described, the product and the creator's account will be automatically suspended pending review.
• Admin review: Finigram reserves the right to access and review the full content of any reported product without purchase in order to carry out a fair investigation.
• Outcomes of review: If the product is found to be misleading, it will be permanently removed and the creator may face a permanent ban. If no violation is found, the suspension will be lifted and the product restored.
• Repeat offenders: Creators with a pattern of misleading products will be permanently banned from the platform.

Finigram's goal is to maintain a trustworthy marketplace. Deliberate deception of buyers is a serious violation and will be treated accordingly.

10. Refunds & Disputes

• All sales on Finigram are generally final due to the digital nature of products
• Buyers can report a product perceived as misleading through the product link
• sadly there are no refunds to buyers as sales has already been made. but the creator of the misleading product may have his account suspended after multiple reports and loose pending earnings
• This no-refund policy applies to event tickets as well. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, Finigram does not issue refunds — resolving this with attendees is solely the responsibility of the creator who sold the tickets

11. Privacy & Data

• Finigram collects your email, name and transaction data to operate the Platform
• Your data is stored securely using Supabase
• Finigram does not sell your personal data to third parties
• Payment data is handled by Flutterwave and not stored on Finigram servers
• If you purchase an event ticket, your name may be printed on the ticket itself when the creator has enabled that option
• By using Finigram you consent to receiving transactional and promotional emails
• You may request deletion of your account and data by using the delete account feature in settings

12. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• Finigram will never ask for your password via email or chat
• Sessions automatically expire after 5 minutes of inactivity
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately

13. Intellectual Property

• The Finigram name, logo and platform design are owned by Prospera
• Creators retain ownership of their original products
• By listing a product on Finigram, you grant Finigram a license to display and promote it
• You must not copy or reproduce Finigram's design or code without permission

14. Limitation of Liability

Finigram and Prospera are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to platform downtime or technical issues
• Actions of buyers or other creators on the platform
• Losses resulting from payment processing failures
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Events sold as tickets on Finigram — including whether an event takes place, its quality, safety, or any cancellation, postponement, or change made by the creator
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

15. Changes to Terms

Finigram reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
